EXTREME ENVIRONMENTS

Hydro-Cooling That Works Where Others Don't.

Sub-Saharan Africa. Arabian Peninsula. Off-grid industrial zones. Our containerized hydro-cooling systems have been tested — not simulated — in the world's most demanding compute environments.

Capabilities

Built for the Environment. Not Adjusted for It.

Standard equipment fails in extreme environments for predictable reasons: insufficient heat rejection capacity, pressure drop mismatches at altitude, corrosion in high-humidity coastal sites, and control logic tuned for temperate climates. CoolSpace systems are engineered from initial design for your site conditions — not retrofitted after the fact.
Capability 1

Thermal Simulation Pre-Delivery

Full-year climate modelling before equipment is shipped

Capability 2

High Ambient Dry Cooler Configurations

Engineered for operation at ambient >40°c

Capability 3

Grid Instability Tolerance

Control systems tested against voltage fluctuation profilescommon in african grids

Capability 4

Altitude Adaptation

Pressure-compensated designs for high-altitude deployments

Capability 5

Corrosion-Resistant Builds

Marine-grade finishes available for coastal and high-humidity sites

Service Support

Full-Stack Support for Remote and Extreme Sites

Deploying in a remote or extreme environment introduces risks that require more than good equipment. We provide end-to-end project support — from initial site assessment through ongoing operations.

Site Assessment & Planning

We evaluate your location, power architecture, climate data, and logistics constraints before design begins.

Custom System Design

Our engineers design around your site profile, not a standard template.

Cross-Border Logistics

Our logistics team has executed multi-container shipments to landlocked African nations, Gulf states, and island markets.

On-Site Commissioning

Our engineers travel to site for installation validation and system bring-up.

Local O&M Partnerships

Service nodes in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. 7×24 remote monitoring included.

Extreme Environment Solution FAQ

Deploying projects in remote or extreme environments can present numerous challenges, but our experts, with their years of experience, can help your projects operate smoothly.
  • Support for winter heating or industrial heat reuse?
Yes — by integrating an external plate heat exchanger (PHE), the system can export high-quality return water heat at 45°C to 60°C for building heating, greenhouse agriculture or other industrial applications.
  • Days required from arrival to full commissioning?
Installation time depends on the model: a 12-miner micro skid can be grid-connected within half a day, while a 308-miner standard container reaches full-load commissioning in 2 to 3 days with a skilled team.
  • Ground and foundation requirements for installation?
A level, hardened concrete foundation or load-bearing steel frame is essential. The site must also satisfy flatness, load-bearing capacity, reliable power supply, proper drainage and space for equipment hoisting.
  • Custom branding and CSC shipping certification?
Custom logos and color schemes are supported, quoted separately based on complexity. For international logistics, all necessary certification documents are provided — including CSC certification — for compliant maritime shipping.
  • Anti-corrosion grades and insulation performance?
Standard containers feature C4 industrial-grade corrosion resistance, with C5 marine-grade options available. Inner walls are lined with high-density polyurethane foam for flame retardancy and thermal insulation.
