Pre-Sales Consultation
Before any equipment is specified, we assess your site. Our engineering team evaluates location, climate, power architecture, rack density targets, and logistics constraints. We deliver a preliminary site feasibility assessment and recommend the appropriate hydro-cooling configuration.
Custom System Design
No two deployments are identical. Our R&D team designs hydro-cooling systems engineered specifically for your site — including thermal simulation, fluid dynamics modeling, and structural integration planning. Full design documentation is provided prior to production.
Global Logistics & Delivery
Our logistics team has over 20 years of cross-border heavy equipment experience. We manage sea freight, air freight, inland transport, customs clearance, and final-mile delivery — including to landlocked and port-constrained markets. Delivery tracking is provided throughout.
On-Site Installation & Commissioning
Our engineers travel to your site for installation validation and system bring-up. We verify mechanical installation, fluid circuit integrity, electrical connections, and control system configuration. Each container unit is typically commissioned within 72 hours.
Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
Long-term system reliability requires structured O&M. We provide 7×24 remote monitoring, fault alerting, and technical support via our operations center. Regional service partners in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East enable rapid on-site response when required.
Value-Added Services
Including system upgrade planning, PUE optimization audits, capacity expansion assessments, and fleet-level performance benchmarking. We work with clients to ensure their infrastructure keeps pace with evolving ASIC generations.
